Its a monday again… and though after all i have been through this last week and weekend.. i feel like crashing down and crying..eh i don’t care to be called emo.. tbh i wish i could cry more easily and stop myself from stopping myself cry.. so.. last week.. around Tuesday.. i found out that it was the engage conference on the weekend…, so i was like ok… hmmm gf freaked out a little, understablly i was a little worried myself and hoping that it would be a bit of a break. On top of that.. i got my rego papers and had ot get the car rego’d… so on Thursday i dropped it off for rego.. and i couldn’t see my love because i had to pick up my car early… so i picked it up thinknig ok maybe $500… turned out i needed @ least 1 new tire, and maybe a new steering rack (1000-2000) just to past rego.. i was like :| then i went all weird and retarded on msn with gf and made stuff messy in my head again not thinking to straight…

Then as i was heading up to the conference on Friday night… driving up myself due to work and so forth.. i thought ok ill get tires done at least… normally $120/tire.. for cheapies… luckly i got them cheap and good tires for $90/tire.. that was the good part of the day.. then i got home.. had to pack the bag… then i drove off to see the Gf before i left for the conferance..

To be honest.. i was crapping myself that in now 4 months that we have gone out.. we have never had a weekend apart… I didn’t know how she would take it… and i didn’t know how i would take it.. i knew that the group i was going with.. rather the few main ppl there looked down on my relationship harsly judging.. only one of them a mate of mine had any right to..but those… after the massivel ong drve.. me stocking up on v i arrived.l. i found out that the main reason  why i was going.. to see old mates from church.. that 2 of them were leaving Sat night… when saturday came around, for the night session i was tired and sleepy.. luckily we had a seat at the back so i could play with my iphone and sleep a little… the talk was boring and usless to my brain… so later that night my mates packed.. i almost left with them if it wasn’t for my other mates there… we had a chat about someone.. and were sorta bagsin’ him out a bit.. but to be fair.. he has been fair ly harsh and upsetting to alot of people in the church and doesn’t know how to do things or aproach them the right way… Sunday came around… i was missing my lady, glad that she went out a bit and had fun on Saturday :).. Sunday was different.. Mark really had me captivated with what he had to say.. kept on refering to Sheep and Shepards… and how they look after  their flock and that the wolves aren’t just wolve’s that sometimes they are sheep… and sometimes they become sheep.. And Don, also had me captivated.. to be honest i can’t remember what about though i did take notes on the iphone.. I was glad to get home and see my lady even though i flailed quite a bit… it was still an ok night.. but like tonight.. i am buggered and completetly tired… tonight/today was 4 months today.. we went out after work to the city.. had a beatiful dinner at City Extra and then wandered around the harbour… i love her dearly i love you Hurrem…

Thee last few days/weeks, have been interesting.. i mangaed to break my mailbox completely rebuild it twice, spend time with gf.. quality time awesome time:), i have finally managed to break free of dreamhost and at this point have migrated my blog over to my slice all working excellently with virtualhosts on apache.. I am very pleased with my effort and admit i broke apache a little bit but it is working so i can live with that.. work has been ok , not to boring and a little challangaing.. sent of my first lot of invoices the other day.. was sorta proud of myself but yea, atm im am just hanging out to see my love also i am on facebook now its not to bad caught up with all my old mates and stuff… Got car Rego coming up.. gonna be fooking expensive heh oh well..

So in IT wise, i have my eye on a few servers, i want to run at home to replace my old and dying boxes to power stuff.. my lappy is going strong with ubuntu and kontact.. ive been pretty lazy in testing stuff but ill get back on track eventually.. im at a point where i am happy and content, where i don’t have time but i do in regards to doing stuff… anywho can’t wait for the weekend already so much crap to do.. so little time to do it in these days..

I love my gf recently we have been a little bit flail in some areas… but i/we are slowly picking up and goign along.. recently it was our 3 month aniversity.. and i got her a cute teddy bear and some nice flowers (they are in the photos :p) she was all happy and smiles and ah how she makes my day so easy and happy i have no worries in the world when i am with her or thinking about her lovely smiling face everything else melts away

Heh, felt like a good title for my blog to have now that i finally have it backup after probably a good month of it being “invisible” to normal people.. Truth is, it has been up… though my dns has been played with.. so i have finally gotten around to fixing it today so.. what have i been up to.. i had to rebuild my mailserver twice, well rather scalix twice to due me changing the domains on it and also breaking it somehow..; I am still dating my lovely Girlfriend more new photo’s to come soon i hope, we have been busy and sick and i have been flat out with work…I seem to be slowly organising my life and working things out i actually paid for software the other day, i bought Crossover Office Pro, and Game its nice and shiny and handles my office products nicely.. I have switched my desktop and laptop over the KDE 4.1 as i find it sleek, nice and usable now… gnome i found had glitches.. i dunno something was up with it… kde 4.1 is nice black and sleek.. heh anyway so.. i am still working on kontact talking to scalix.. supposedly it is really easy and simple.. but so far it hasn’t gotten a shred of mail. lol.. so yea soon my mailserv will have a proper ssl cert and things will be on the road more later with hopefully less spelling mistakes..

Jumping on the train…. i can’t wait for the day that i will be waking up next to her and going to sleep next to her… when we can cook food for each other and together… and how i will meet her later that night as i read and reply to a few bits and peices… as i go through work that day aka today… even though it sucks balls and it is really shitty at times… stupid phone calls from clients.. i remember how she smiles.. how her face lights up the darkest sky… how her soft lips kiss mine in a loving embrace… and how her arms wrap around me and how i wrap mine around her… i make it throgh the day.. knowing that soon i will see her… soon i will see the lady i love so much.. be able to wrap my arms around her and kiss her all night long… and go to sleep thinking of her wishing she was by my side… forever

Today is Tuesday… and i just realised i updated my blog yesterday… wierd :/ feels like a while ago…. sitting here doing a job for work. onsite tech suff.. same old usual. anywho.. so last night i was mucking around with gentoo trying to fix things and having a little bit of fun… Wiating for a Laptop Charger to come through the mail to fix upmy lappy, i noticed last night.. how much my lady meant to me… i tell you what.. it freaks me out in a way because of the dangers.. but at the same time… to be honest its all surreall.. but i know itis completly and fully real.. yea i know she reads the blog and so forth but its the hoenst truth… she means my world.

On another topic i foudn a new webhost last night, they host virtual servers so u have root access to the box and everything they allow a varity of os’s gentoo and debian being one of them.. so im thinking of running my scalix mailserver again heh… problem is they require 3 months down payment upfront of 20us a month.. so mhmm. when i have moies i will for now dreamhost will suffice.. then when i get the box i will truely be delvinginto the webhosting/linux server admin’ng again..

Between power outages from clients and random work i am staring at computers alll two often and using them way to often.. though my lady helps exceptionally well she made me lunch this morning and a peice of fruit , and she is planning holidays and stuff in advance so that we have somewere to go when they come giving us both a break from work and life stress’s and worries.. heh anyways

So Saturday.. was fun ;D we went out to the city wandered around there fora the day.. caught the ferry down the River and went the IMAX and saw Africa 3D.. which i really don’t mind seeing docu’s these days they give you awesome knowlege…. food n stuff was good i thank her for that .

So this morning/last night i was working on my gentoo box… both my server an desktop fixing things up here and there.. updating my desktop mainly… i finally got dri working wiht my ati card.. i spent around 3 hous redoing my Xorg config file from scratch .. the one i used from my serv had nvidia config’s in it and it was annoying me… :/ so.. i am loving E17, it is absolutly screaming now i just need to get wine working right and things will be great…  Check out the Photo Gallery for photo’s from the weekened.

It is late friday night.. things are looking slightly up, i made a decision to take the job, spoke to the boss things are sorted i will lose my home adsl between the 20-30th of june which is kewl by me.. going to hook something up with tpg :D, my 3G account internet wise is maxed lol phone bill is going to be dear but ya know wtf can u do.. im planning on selling my sub/amps to pay off some debt and close an account. Laptop though is starting to piss off with its charging/not charging times and just draninig the crap out of the battery.. might be up for a new laptop/vaio.. kinda sucks but good i suppose…

On a IT note; debian lenny looks nice and stable; i am surprised at how functionally viable it is as a desktop of course it isn’t the easiest system to install and configure but it works well with an encrypted lvm. Ubuntu 8.04 is also another good system, runs beautifully though i notice it does struggle on slow/old systems such as a p3 with low resources.. E17, a great desktop environment i have been playing around with on some systems, which is now completely broken and borked on my laptop which i am currently do not know how to fix it so i have it back.. the only thing i think it is lacking is the system tray though there are many other trays out there it would be nice to see it included sometime… but still for now my main desktop is gnome.. it is light yet fucntional…
